Jun Hoong Lam is an architectural designer with experience across commercial and residential projects, including new builds, renovations, reclads, heritage work, and shop fit-outs. He is involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from early concept design and documentation through to project coordination and completion.

His approach combines detailed technical knowledge with a clear understanding of project risk, allowing key issues to be identified early and resolved through robust, practical decisions aligned with each client's requirements. He places a strong emphasis on drawing quality and coordinated documentation, giving builders a detailed and reliable handover that supports a smoother construction process.

Guangyu Zhu is the Technical Lead at Continual Design, bringing a multidisciplinary background in architecture, science, and urban planning. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture, a Bachelor of Science, and a Master of Planning, with experience spanning residential buildings, schools, apartments, commercial fit-outs, and industrial projects. Recognised as an NZIA award-winning designer in 2024, he combines design sensitivity with a broad understanding of technical and planning requirements.

Guangyu approaches each project as a pragmatic problem solver, identifying key constraints early and translating them into clear, buildable design solutions. His work balances spatial quality, technical coordination, and project delivery, supporting projects from early design through documentation and construction.
